- All orders (domestic and international) will be ready for shipment within 1-10 business days from the date of purchase. Orders will not ship during weekends or holidays.
- Once we ship the order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number link and you can track your order. For now, we are shipping with Canada Post only.
SHIPPING OPTION ERROR AT CHECKOUT
It happens! If by error, at checkout, you chose to locally pick up your order in Gatineau but you live too far to come get it, please email us as soon as possible, otherwise we will assume you'll be picking up your order. At this point, you have 2 options:
- Pay for shipping by sending us an Interac e-transfer (we will let you know the price through email) to:

message to contact: your order number
- Cancel your order by sending us an email within 30 days from the date of purchase and you will be reimbursed the full amount. Cancellations made after the 30 days period are eligible for credit only. You can use this credit anytime on our site and there is no expiration.
- At times, we will experience a high demand for a certain items, which may result in your item being unavailable . If this occurs, you will be notified about the unavailability shortly. You can choose to opt for another item or cancel your order and be reimbursed the same way you paid.
- Failure to let us know your decision within 30 days from the date of purchase, will result in a credit being issued for the amount you paid. You can use this credit anytime on our site and there is no expiration.
