What is my order status?

Each customer can check their order status at any time! Once your order is placed on Golden47apparel.com, we keep you informed of its progress.
To benefit from this service, simply log in to your account on our website and access the "My Account" page. In addition, for each order, we indicate its status by e-mail.

Where is my order?

We ship our orders with Canada Post within 1 to 10 business days from the day of the purchase and all orders have tracking numbers.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to a page where you can keep track of the current location of your package.
These links will also be visible in "My account" in the "Tracking Number" column when you access your order history.
As a third option, you can always click on the Order tracking link found at the top left of our website.

In the rare case when the delivery status states "Delivered" but you have not actually received your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate with Canada Post. This process may take up to 4 business days.

How do I pick up my order in Gatineau?

If you chose to pick up your order from our Gatineau location, you will receive a separate e-mail with all the information need for local pickup. Your order will be ready in 1 to 10 business days from the date of your purchase.

Do you ship to a different address?

Yes we do. Simply, when placing an order, indicate the address where you want the order shipped. This is useful if you want to send it as a gift or if you are away from home.

What are the shipping fees and delays?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the parcel's dimensions and weight. These rates are established by Canada Post. For more information, see our Shipping Information page.

Can I get free shipping?

Yes, you can. If you spend 150$ or more, shipping is free anywhere in Canada.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can. If you changed your mind or you ordered the wrong size, you can modify your order by contacting us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot modify it.

What are Golden Points?

We reward our clients.
For each dollar you spend, you get 1 Golden Point. There are several ways to get Golden Points, click here for more ways to save.

Can I return or exchange my items?

Yes, you can. Within 30 days from the day of purchase, providing the item(s) hasn't been worn or damaged. Please see our Return and Exchanges page for more info.
